Lighting poles for pavilion and tennis courts, Progress: construction started problems with the county. We will keep you informed.

new*** VERY IMPORTANT INFO!! FIGHTING the rezoning of the parcel of land where the former Palm Beach Polo was (that we all drive by every day) from R/2(2 lots per acre, residential) to high density commercial (Big box commercial, such as a retail super-store). Progress: The board has joined in with the coalition of all other communities on Lake Worth Road to try to HALT this reclassification. Our own board member Patrick Wilson is helping to lead this battle! He as well as one of our other board members (Ron Weiland) have attended several meetings and Patrick is nearing completion of a dedicated web site that will keep all residents of the coalition informed. We need all of your help! Go to the commissioners and e-mail all of them with your displeasure of adding thousands of more cars daily on Lake Worth Road!!!

Although you have the right to have your info remain private to the residents. It may be in your best interest to supply some information! It may be very helpful under a few circumstances.
